I've had a number of projects and jobs that are centered around social media and marketing. It all started from personal brand on Instagram and grew into the job I currently have.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with a number of incredible companies, creating social media content to enhance their brand. I have had partnerships with many St. Louis-based companies including the Kindred Shops and Ballpark Village. I am also an ambassador with Windsor Fashions to create content that is used on their digital properties and social media. I am the photographer and owner of all my content.

COUNTRY FINANCIAL

Goal: How can COUNTRY Financial attract generation Z to the insurance industry, specifically COUNTRY Financial?

To attract Generation Z, COUNTRY needs to have a consistent brand on Instagram to promote the benefits and community culture that the company already implements. Through these recommendations, we can improve our brand transparency, relate insurance to younger generations, and show how COUNTRY has an inclusive and community-centered workplace. Not only will this attract Generation Z to COUNTRY, but it will also get us closer to our 5 year goal and bring a younger book of business. 

Recommendations: 

1. Create a consistent brand on Instagram 

2. Share/post about Diversity and Inclusion groups and events 

3. Start a conversation about financial benefits that COUNTRY provides

Examples:

  • Use IG TV and IG Live to host discussions about pensions and 401K match

  • Diversity and Inclusion Resource group event posts

  • Women Lead Wednesdays

  • COUNTRY in the Community (Volunteer work posts)

  • Starting your Career posts and live conversations

  • Buying your first car and what you need to know about insuring it

  • What-to-dos (if you’re in a car accident or how do you file a claim)
